8/29/09 - Paula's Eating/Exercise Journal : Saturday

People get intimidated by exercise.  The reality is, you can do ab work whether you're at the gym, at work, or driving your car.

There are do-anywhere exercises that can help strengthen your core, which also helps protect your back and improve your posture.  One ab exercise is called navel pull. While sitting with feet on the ground, take a deep breath.  Exhale, pulling your abs in as far as you can and hold for 30 seconds, breathe naturally and release the breath and the ab hold. Repeat.

I'll share the second everyday ab exercise tomorrow.
